When the waters of life pour over us with words so holy,
We are born again with him in all his glory;
Then our lives become like one through his death and rising,
For it's life without end from the new beginning.
VERSE 2:
By believing and breaking the bread, we become one body,
With the Lord of all who is our love and calling.
Only he can lead the way to life everlasting.
When this world fades away, we await his coming.

Through the Gospels his words and deeds echo across the ages,
